How to Quickly and Easily Peel a Hard Boiled Egg

If you’re reading this article you probably already know how to boil an egg. It’s almost as easy as boiling a kettle or making a baked potato.

This is a neat little method for easily peeling the shell from a hard boiled egg, and it should work every time.

1) Boil the egg in the usual way and for the length of time you prefer

2) Once the egg is hard boiled remove it from the pan and cool it down by placing it in a pan or bowl of cold water, or place it under the running cold water tap

3) When the egg is cool enough, crack the top and bottom on a hard surface

4) Now turn the egg on its side and roll it backwards and forwards using the palm of your hand to apply a little pressure, the shell should begin to crack

5) The final step is to place the egg in warm water to quickly and easily peel of the skin of your hard boiled egg

6) Done! Go eat!
