How to Make a Homemade Hamburger

How to make a homemade hamburger

Making a homemade hamburger is very simple and easy to do. You will find that your own hamburgers taste much nicer than the ones you buy ready-made or over the counter.

Here is a very simple hamburger recipe:

    Ingredients

    400g minced beef (or lamb)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 small onions (finely chopped)
    6 drops of Worcestershire sauce
    salt & pepper

Method
In a large bowl mix the onions, minced beef (or lamb) and Worcestershire sauce together. Divide into 4, then shape to create your burgers. Put olive oil in a medium sized frying pan, once hot enough, add the burgers and cook on each side for approx 7-10 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a knife. Serve on barmcakes or soft buns if you fancy.
